About the M69 humbucker mounting ring
We're proud to announce the introduction of our new Wolfetone M69 humbucker mounting rings. Available in classic cream, black, and a lighter cream "bone" shade – and double-"bone" Pantone 12-0104-TCX butyrate humbucker bobbins are also available to match.
These rings are made using the same Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) material as they were in the 1950’s. With excruciating attention to detail, every attempt was made to capture details missing on most replicas, from the funnelled, chewed up leg, fading “M” and correct mold marks. Molded flat like the originals, and softer than ABS plastic, these rings will conform to the arched top of your guitar without the application of heat.
